Collection of Data
By virtue of your visiting or shopping with this website, you should know that we will collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us. That information will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific requested. It will not be used for any other purpose unless authorization is obtained prior to that usage. The following is personal information we may collect and store: names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, physical contact information, and sometimes credit or debit card or any other financial information that may be used for the verification of identity or data, shipping, billing and other such information you provide us to facilitate your purchase or the shipping of it, any correspondence or other information you may submit to our website, services we provide, or content or advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from our website, IP Address and standard web log information or data, other information, included but not limited to third parties, such as doctor’s order or prescription. If you incur a debt to CPAP Done Right™, we may perform a credit check, as allowed by law, to collect the debt. In addition, if the information you provide cannot be verified, we may ask you to send us additional information.
Your Website Usage
The reason we collect your personal information is so that we can provide you with a good informational and shopping experience. By agreeing to the terms described herein, we are able to better assist you in the following ways: 1) to offer and provide you with appropriate customer service when you contact us, 2) to assist in resolving disputes, collect owed money if you incur an unpaid debt with us, 3) to troubleshoot problems you may encounter, 4) to explain and enforce our User Agreement and defend against illegal or prohibited activity, 5) to individualize and personalize the services and/or content of advertising offered by CPAP Done Right™ and related sites, if applicable and 6) verify necessary third party insurance or other pertinent information that pertains to your order or inquiry.
Disclosure of Your Information
CPAP Done Right™ may, from time to time, send e-mail messages or use other means of contact to communicate that we have successfully received your order or that your order has shipped. To process your orders correctly, we must have access to such lines of communications, so please allow these necessary cookies so we will be able to service your orders. We may also contact you with customer surveys, product replacement reminders, special promotions or important news or legal notices, although you may selectively opt out of such contact by letting us know in writing or by phone that you specifically do not wish to receive such notices. When you call us, your calls may be monitored or recorded by us for training purposes; however you will be informed by a recorded message of such monitoring or recording. By virtue of staying on the line after you receive such notice, you are granting us your consent for the call to be monitored or recorded.
You will be given instructions to assign a password of at least six characters that consists of each of at least one lower case alpha character, at least one upper case alpha character and at least one numeral. It is your responsibility that you do not disclose your password to CPAP Done Right™ or anybody else, since you are liable and fully accountable for any and all activity executed under your password protected account. Even if your password is used in absence of your knowledge to institute activity on your account, you may still be subject to legally binding actions for any activity made on your account. Therefore, if you have any reason to believe that you have lost security over your password, it is your responsibility to notify us and change it without delay. You are also responsible for monitoring the accuracy of the personal information in your account with CPAP Done Right™, making necessary corrections when your information contains any type of error, or if there are changes in your name, address, contact information, such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses, physical location addresses or for any other reason when your posted personal information may be no longer up to date.
Security Measures and Changing Your Personal Information
To change your personal information, log into your account at CPAP Done Right™ and revise, correct or change your personal information whenever it is no longer correct in any way. If you decide to terminate your account, it is your responsibility to quickly notify us of your request. We retain personal information from terminated accounts to fulfill legal requirements, avert fraudulent activity, resolve disputes, conform to regulatory requirements, collect monies due to us, cooperate with enforcement investigations, as well as to enforce our CPAP Done Right™ User Agreement or take other actions legally required or allowed.
We believe that the data we collect, including your personal information is a valuable asset that should be protected. We will take every reasonable precaution to preserve the security of your personal information, using dedicated servers to store and process that information. We may use other measures in good faith to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access. Despite these or additional measures that we may take, however, certain third parties may illegally intercept or access transmission of your personal data from internet traffic, and there is a possibility that these third party interlopers may mistreat or mishandle your persona information so intercepted. Therefore, even with our best efforts to protect the security of personal information we cannot guarantee that it will never be intercepted, nor can we guarantee that all your internet exchanges with us will be forever private. E-mail messages are not typically secure and should never be used to transmit sensitive financial information, such as account numbers, credit card numbers, bank account numbers or the like. Be advised if you use e-mail with such information contained within it, you do so at your own risk. When you place an order with us that you pay for with your credit card, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when referencing your order. To process your credit card payment, however, it is necessary for us to transmit the entire credit card numbers and PIN information via a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection which encrypts your data. Be sure that you protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer, which includes, but is not limited to, signing off your CPAPDoneRight.com account when you are finished with your shopping in the case that you are using a shared computer.
Personal Health Information
CPAP Done Right™ Return Policy
CPAP Done Right™ will accept returns only on unopened products if you return the item(s) within ten days from the day of original purchase. If returned within that time frame, we will assess a 15% restocking fee. Net credit due will be issued in the form of Reward Points that may be used as credit toward future purchases from us. However, in order to receive Reward Points, you must first set up a user account with CPAP Done Right™. If a CPAP or Bi-Level unit box is opened, it is not returnable or refundable, even if there are no hours of usage recorded on it. Shipping costs are not refundable. Before returning any unopened item, you must first call us to get a return authorization number. Any item that we receive that has been opened will be returned to the sender with no credit or refund of any kind made.
If you live in the Dallas-Ft.Worth area, you may find it more convenient to visit our brick and mortar location in Denton at 2317 W. University Drive, Ste. 101B to make returns under our return goods policy, which is the same as that for mail or shipping company.
Cash refunds are available only if you have previously purchased and complied with the terms of our mask guarantee program.
Please call our customer service department at 940-808-1680 if you are unsure of what items to order. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in making such choices as sizing and/or compatibility of products with those you already own.
Occasionally, there may be a manufacturer’s defect in a product we provide. If this occurs, please call our office at 940-808-1680 during normal business hours, which are 9:00 A.M. through 5:30 P.M. Mondays through Thursdays, and 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Fridays (closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays). If you call when we are closed, please leave a message by following the prompts from our automated answering service. We will then call you back on the next business day. The CPAP and Bi-Level units we sell are warranteed by the manufacturer for two years against manufacturer defects. Such determination of defects is at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. Any misuse or modification of the unit will void the warranty.
If your CPAP of Bi-Level unit malfunctions while under manufacturer’s warranty, please call our office at 940-808-1680 to obtain a return authorization number. After obtaining the return authorization number, please ship the unit to us at 2317 W. University Drive, Suite 101B, Denton, Texas 76201 at your expense so that we can forward it to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation. CPAP Done Right™ will charge you $25.00 to cover its costs of handling and shipping the unit back to the manufacturer for factory-authorized repair or replacement. That repair or replacement may take up to four to five weeks to complete and will then be shipped back to CPAP Done Right™. After we perform our own inspection and testing of the unit, it will then be shipped back to you at our expense. If a manufacturer notifies us that there will be a charge for repair or replacement, we will communicate that information to you and you will be asked if you are willing to pay such charges. If you are, then your payment will be collected by CPAP Done Right™. Payment for out of warranty repairs, including deposit, must be paid in advance. CPAP Done Right™ has rental machines that you may rent during the time of your unit’s repair. Please talk with our customer service representative for details on our rental program. Manufacturers may not cover water damage to your unit as it may be considered abuse or misuse of the unit. Remember to never carry around your CPAP unit and heated humidifier unit without first emptying the humidifier water tank
CPAP Done Right™’s return policy is subject to change without notice.

Notwithstanding any of the terms of this Privacy Notice, CPAP Done Right™ reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to CPAPDoneRight.com and/or prevent or block future access to it.

All services provided, including the advertisement, ordering, sale, delivery, instruction, and setup of the products are performed solely by CPAPDoneRight.Com and independently of the manufacturer.
CPAP Done Right, LLC Shipping Policy
CPAP Done Right™ uses standard shipping as our default shipping method. Under this option we ship either by UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on available cost efficiencies at any given time to ship your ordered products to you. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness. For orders over $99, shipped to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) such shipping is free. Our shipping policy charges are as follows:
Flat Rate Shipping: $7.50
Orders of $99.00 or more: Free Shipping
CPAP Done Right™ does not ship outside the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. ResMed products can only be sold to end users residing in the U.S. and not to other 3rd parties or Businesses.
Orders for in-stock items that we receive by 3:00 P.M. central time will be shipped within 24 hours, except on weekend and holidays, in which case they will be shipped the next business day. If an item is out of stock or back-ordered CPAP Done Right™ will notify you by your email contact information and with your permission, be shipped later as soon as possible. Next day, second day, Saturday or other expedited shipping is available at an extra charge. Shipping days and estimated shipping days are based on business days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
We may send items without tracking information via USPS.

NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/BIPAP MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED OR ORDERS TOTALING $250.00 OR MORE TO A SHIPPING LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. WE INSTRUCT OUR SHIPPERS NOT TO LEAVE DELIVERED PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.
